Follow the steps below to add an action to the desired view:
Open a dashboard and click the Edit button on the top panel. The dashboard turns into the Edit mode.
Click the Cards tab on the left panel. The Cards explorer displays.
Click the Actions > Add button (the Plus sign). A slide window displays.
Select the desired view from the View dropdown list. Select Click or Double Click from the Event dropdown list.
Select an action from the Actions dropdown list, as shown in Table 2.2, “Action Properties”.
Select the Enabled checkbox and click OK. The action properties will take effect.

Render View (Fixed Format) | Specify a mouse event (click or double-click) to generate the output of the view into a pre-defined format, which can be HTML, PDF, XLSX or CSV. |

Reset | Specify a mouse event (click or double-click) to restore the view to the last saved state. |
Show Card | Display the specified card in the dashboard. |
Show Hide View | Specify a mouse event (click or double-click) to toggle the visibility of a view. |

When there are multiple actions created, you have the option to re-order the actions. Open the Cards explorer, and all actions display on the left panel. Hang the cursor on the action you want to move, and drag the action to the desired position.
You have the option to disable an action. Open the Cards explorer, and all actions display on the left panel. Right-click the unwanted action, select the Stop checkbox, and click OK. The action will still remain in the Actions list, but won't have any effect.
