Creating Checklists

- Click Create tab
- Select a role in sidebar
- Click on a checklist template (clipboard icon)
- Click “Create New Checklist”
- Checklist opens for completion
Submitting Checklists
Pre-Submission Check

Submit Process

- Click Submit button
- Wait for confirmation
- Checklist moves to Submitted
After Submission
